A few links of interest.

For the past couple of weeks I have been diving back into fibre research and connections. I have reached out to people I have met, I have gone through notes I made over the past few years and I am actively diving into what we need to do to get moving forward on our vision. I am stepping into 2023 with revitalization of our vision for spun long line linen in Nova Scotia.

Below are some of the windows I have had open and I didn’t want to close (so I am blogging them). There are so many interesting pieces of work happening everywhere.

I really appreciate this podcast:

Local Futures Podcast

In 2018 I attended a large trade show for textile machines. The event was in Turkey. I met people from this place. In March I will head to Egypt to learn more about spinning and processing flax. Maybe I will make contact with this place: http://www.eicflax.com/

And interested in learning more about this community: https://community.taramandala.org/

Just a few links of interest from me, Patricia.
